Stephen McCarthy brings over a decade of finance experience to his role as Principal at Alternative Investment Partners (AIP) Capital. After getting his start in wealth management and financial planning, Stephen pivoted to alternative investments and real estate syndication.

Since 2013, he has focused exclusively on introducing high net worth investors to institutional-grade real estate opportunities. His investments span multifamily apartments, office buildings, and industrial complexes valued at over $160 million.

To date, Stephen has helped hundreds of accredited investors allocate over $70 million in equity across 20+ syndications. His prudent underwriting and operations-focused approach aim to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns.

Before AIP, Stephen honed his finance skills at 1847Financial. He holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and a certificate in retirement planning from Wharton.
